Faithlife Corporation (d.b.a. Logos Bible Software, Vyrso, Verbum, Proclaim, Bible Study Magazine, and Noet) is the parent of several sites—including, but not limited to, Logos.com, Biblia.com, Faithlife.com, Vyrso.com, Verbum.com, LogosCloud.com, Proclaimonline.com, and Noet.com—that share the same user accounts. Your account with any of these brands is a single account with Faithlife Corporation.

Monthly subscription/membership billing

The service begins when we confirm your initial payment. We will charge you the fee stated at the time of purchase monthly. The renewal price will be the rate for the subscription/membership service at the time it is renewed. We will do our best to provide you with notice of changes to the subscription/membership service terms or price. ONCE A RENEWAL FEE HAS BEEN CHARGED, THAT CHARGE IS FINAL AND NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE. Canceling automatic renewal of your membership ensures that you will not be charged at the start of your next billing period, but your service will continue through the end of your current period.

Annual subscription/membership billing

Subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days after initial purchase may be refunded. After the end of the applicable 30-day refund period, your 12-month subscription/membership payment is nonrefundable and your service will continue through the end of your current period for which you have already paid.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription/membership will automatically renew at the end of each subscription/membership period unless we no longer offer the subscription/membership service. By subscribing, you agree to allow us to automatically renew your subscription/membership at the end of each subscription/membership period. We will automatically renew your subscription/membership on the renewal date shown in the “Subscriptions” section of your account page.

If at any point you want to stop your subscription/membership, please visit “Subscriptions” on your account page and click “Cancel Subscription.” You may also call our customer-support team at 800-210-6466 and ask to stop your subscription/membership. Once you’ve done this, your subscription/membership will not automatically renew at the next billing period. You will have access to the services through the end of the current period.

If an renewal payment fails, you will be notified via email at the address associated with your account. It’s up to you to keep that email address current. You will have 13 days to update your payment information before your service or subscription/membership will be suspended.

Notice of automatic renewal

Except in the case of month-to-month subscriptions/memberships, you will receive an email notice of renewal approximately 45 days prior to the renewal date for your subscription/membership. The notice will let you know that your current subscription/membership period is about to end, and the date your subscription/membership will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your subscription/membership will be sent to the email address associated with your account. To cancel your subscription/membership automatic renewal without your account being charged for the next term, you must cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date. Please keep a record of when your subscription/membership term ends as well as the next renewal date. You are responsible for canceling automatic renewal of your subscription/membership in a timely manner, regardless of whether you receive any notice.

Payment and price

The renewal payment is due on the renewal date and will automatically be charged to the current credit card on file. You can make updates to your email address, account, or billing information by visiting “Subscriptions” on your account page or by contacting our customer-support team at 800-210-6466. The renewal price will be the rate for the subscription/membership service at the time it is renewed. We will do our best to provide you with notice of changes to the subscription/membership service terms or price in advance.

Free trials

Your subscription/membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your subscription/membership lasts one month, or as otherwise specified during signup. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply. Free trials are for new and certain former subscribers only. We reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your free-trial eligibility.

We will begin billing you for your subscription/membership at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel automatic renewal prior to the end of the free-trial period. You may prevent being charged for your subscription/membership after the free trial ends by canceling automatic renewal when you contact our customer-support team at 800-210-6466 or visit “Subscriptions” on your account page before the renewal date. WE WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU OF THE END OF YOUR FREE-TRIAL PERIOD. Please keep a record of when your free-trial period ends. You are responsible for canceling automatic renewal of your subscription/membership in a timely manner.

Refunds

If you subscribe and determine you do not want your subscription/membership within 30 days, please call our customer-support team at 800-210-6466 to cancel your subscription/membership and request a refund. If you are participating in a free trial, you are responsible for canceling automatic renewal of your subscription/membership prior to being billed. You can cancel automatic renewal of your subscription/membership by visiting "Subscriptions" on your account page (www.logoscloud.com/account/subscriptions) and clicking “Cancel Subscription.” You may also call our customer-support team at 800-210-6466 and ask to stop your subscription/membership. ONCE A RENEWAL FEE HAS BEEN CHARGED, THAT CHARGE IS FINAL AND NO REFUND IS AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS ON OUR WEBSITE.

How to cancel automatic renewal

To cancel your subscription/membership without being charged for the next term, you must do so before the renewal date by visiting "Subscriptions" on your account page (www.logoscloud.com/account/subscriptions) and clicking “Cancel Subscription.” You may also call our customer-support team at 800-210-6466 and ask to stop your subscription/membership. Once you’ve done this, your subscription/membership will not automatically renew at the next billing cycle. You will have access to the services through the end of the billing cycle. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION’S AUTOMATIC RENEWAL IN A TIMELY MANNER.
